Log data: Our hosting provider automatically collects IP addresses, browser type, and request timestamps in server logs. This data is used for security and debugging and is not linked to your account.
Cookies: We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. This cookie is configured with industry-standard security settings. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics cookies.
Error tracking: We use error monitoring tools to capture application errors. Error reports may include your IP address and browser information but are used solely for debugging and are not used for tracking or marketing.
SEC filing data: The leadership changes we track come from public SEC EDGAR filings. This is public information and is not personal data.
We use your information to: provide and maintain the Service, process your subscription payments, send you email alerts you have configured, send transactional emails (password reset, account verification), monitor and fix errors in the Service, and improve the product.

We retain your account data as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days. Server logs containing IP addresses are retained for up to 90 days. Tracked SEC filing data is public information and is retained indefinitely.

You can delete your account from the Account page or by emailing us. When you delete your account, we remove your email, encrypted password, login sessions, alert preferences, and payment account information. We also cancel any active subscriptions. Tracked SEC filing data is public information and is retained.
The Service is not intended for anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that we have collected data from a person under 18, we will delete it promptly.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures designed to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
